| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe Synode spécial sur l’Afrique (10 avril - 8 mai 1994) a recommandé l’inculturation comme voie privilégiée pour la théologie africaine dans tous ses secteurs. Quel rôle ce paradigme peut-il jouer en théologie morale fondamentale ? Pour qu’il puisse être mis en valeur de manière convenable dans cette discipline, il convient de dépasser la problématique de la simple ressemblance-dissemblance entre une culture particulière et l’Évangile du Christ. L’utilisation en théologie morale fondamentale du concept d’« inculturation par contestation », mis en œuvre par P.-M. Gy dans le domaine de la liturgie, permet de mieux prendre en compte la question de la responsabilité chrétienne nécessitant une incessante conversion de l’homme en contact avec l’Évangile pour une suite authentique et crédible du Christ. |

| Summary, etc. | The Special Synod on Africa (April 10 - May 8, 1994) recommended inculturation as the privileged approach for all fields of African theology. What role has this paradigm to play in fundamental moral theology ? That it may be underscored in this discipline, we would do well to to move beyond the problematic of simple similarity-dissimilarity between a particular culture and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The usage in fundamental theology of the concept « inculturation by protest », implemented by P.-M. Gy in the field of the liturgy, allows us to better take stock of the question of Christian responsibility requiring a constant conversion of the human person in contact with the Gospel for an authentic and credible following of Christ. |
