| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’auteur examine quatre révisions opérées par Yves Congar dans son œuvre ecclésiologique entre 1970 et 1982. La pensée de Congar autour de la dimension institutionnelle de l’Église et son articulation à la pneumatologie trouve progressivement un point d’équilibre : le couple fondation/institution et une christologie pneumatologique lui permettent de rendre compte de « l’actualisme » de l’Esprit Saint tandis que le concept de co-institution défend l’unité fonctionnelle entre le Christ et l’Esprit Saint. Il échoue cependant à donner à l’institution sa dimension instituante actuelle, faute sans doute d’une théologie de l’institution qui fasse droit à la tension eschatologique qui traverse la vie de l’Église. |

| Summary, etc. | The author examines four of Yves Congar’s revisions of his ecclesiological work between 1970 and 1982. Congar’s thought about the Church’s institutional dimension and its connection to Pneumatology progressively finds a point of equilibrium : the pair foundation/institution and a pneumatological Christology allow him to take stock of the Holy Spirit’s « actualism », while the concept of co-institution safeguards the functional unity of Christ and the Holy Spirit. It fails however to give the institution its actual institutive dimension, undoubtedly for lack of a theology of institution that does justice to the eschatological tension which flows through the life of the Church. |
