| Summary, etc. | Une étude d’Ex 20,22-26 prenant en compte les textes parallèles et le contexte littéraire permet de penser que ces versets auraient été ajoutés tardivement, à l’époque perse, au Code de l’Alliance dont ils deviennent la nouvelle introduction. Bâtie à partir de divers matériaux ou traditions, cette péricope peut avoir pour fonction d’insérer le Code de l’Alliance dans l’ensemble Ex 19-24 et d’unifier la collection législative qui suit en ordonnant au service de Yahvé des prescriptions très variées. Au plan théologique, face à Dt 12,11 qui requiert un lieu unique choisi par Yahvé, y a-t-il en Ex 20,22-26 légitimation de plusieurs lieux de culte dans le cadre du judaïsme multicentrique de l’époque perse ou une volonté d’archaïser pour souligner l’évolution subséquente de Dt 12 ? |

| Summary, etc. | A study of Ex 20,22-26 taking into account the parallel texts and the literary context allows to think that these verses would have late been added, in the Persian Period, to the Covenant Code, becoming a new introduction for that collection. Built from diverse materials or traditions, this section can have the function of inserting the Covenant Code into Ex 19-24 and unifying the legislative collection which follows by organizing various prescriptions around the service of Yahvé. In the theological plan, in front of Dt 12,11 who requires a unique place chosen by Yahvé, is there in Ex 20,22-26 legitimization of several places of worship in the context of multi-center Judaism of the Persian Period or a will to archaize in order to point out the subsequent evolution of Dt 12? |
