| Summary, etc. | L’article se demande s’il existe une réponse et une responsabilité spécifiquement chrétienne à la violence socio-politique actuelle. Il expose d’abord l’attitude essentielle de Jésus face à celle-ci, disposition affective fondamentale que l’on attend de ses disciples, de nous qui croyons en Lui et sommes rassemblés par sa Parole. L’article envisage ensuite l’éthique sociale – et institutionnelle aussi – qui découle de « l’état d’esprit » du Jésus historique, en l’opposant à celles que fondent d’autres proto-récits que le récit évangélique. Enfin il envisage des stratégies d’action qu’ils convient d’entreprendre pour nous libérer peu à peu de l’actuelle violence, afin de vivre dès maintenant comme humanité – tout au moins, provisoirement et en partie – le pas encore d’un état de paix et d’harmonie eschatologique, définitif et total. |

| Summary, etc. | This article deals with the question of the existence of a specifically Christian answer and responsibility for current socio-political violence. It first exposes the essential attitude of Jesus in front of this violence, fundamental affective disposition that is also expected of his disciples and of us who believe in Him and are gathered by his Word. The article then considers the social – and institutional – ethics that derive from the “state of mind” of the historical Jesus, contrasting it with those found in proto-narratives other than the Gospel narrative. Finally, it considers strategies of action that should be undertaken to free us gradually from the current violence, so that we can live as humanity – at least temporarily and in part – the not yet of a state of peace and eschatological harmony, definitive and total. |
