| Summary, etc. | Nous témoignons ici d’une expérience pédagogique articulant recherche, initiation et professionnalisation, conduite durant sept ans au sein de l’UCLy auprès d’étudiants inscrits en deuxième année de Master MEEF second degré, en philosophie et en lettres modernes, n’ayant pas obtenu le concours d’enseignement (CAPES ou CAFEP). Ce dispositif a été conçu afin de permettre aux étudiants encore indécis dans leur désir d’enseigner ou éprouvés par un échec, d’engager leurs pas dans une démarche d’approfondissement de leur projet professionnel. Il a souvent été vécu a posteriori par les participants comme un espace de dialogue et de respiration, soit un temps privilégié permettant d’élaborer pour soi-même et au sein d’un groupe restreint des attentes et vécus d’expérience nécessitant d’être mis au travail, parlés et entendus dans la perspective d’une transformation féconde du sujet. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents a pedagogical experiment combining research, initiation and professionalization, conducted for seven years at the UCLy with students in the second year of the MEEF Master secondary education, in philosophy and modern literature, who did not pass the competitive examination for teaching (CAPES or CAFEP). The scheme was conceived to enable students, who were still undecided in their desire to teach or who had experienced a failure, to deepen their career path. Participants often experienced it, in hindsight, as a space for dialogue, a breathing space, a privileged time enabling them to reflect within a small group on their expectations and lived experience, which needed to be worked on, spoken and heard, in order for the individuals to go through a fruitful self-transformation. |
