| Summary, etc. | Depuis quelques années, la responsabilité territoriale de l’entreprise (RTE) fait l’objet en France d’une réflexion théorique et pratique ayant donné lieu à différents rapports. En nous appuyant sur trois d’entre eux, issus d’une association, d’une grande école de gestion et d’un service gouvernemental (ORÉE, 2017 ; ESSEC, 2018 ; France Stratégie, 2018), le but de cet article est de montrer qu’il est aujourd’hui nécessaire de poursuivre cette réflexion après la loi PACTE (2019), en repensant l’enjeu de la responsabilité territoriale de l’entreprise à partir d’une perspective critique sur les limites de la responsabilité sociale de l’entreprise (RSE) et d’une définition opératoire du bien commun. |

| Summary, etc. | A theoretical and practical reflection on Corporate Community Involvement (CCI) emerged in France a few years ago and led to a series of reports. This article is based on three of them which were edited by an association, a business school, and a governmental service (ORÉE, 2017; ESSEC, 2018; France Stratégie, 2018). This article is aimed at showing that it is today necessary to pursue this reflection after the PACTE Law (2019), by rethinking the issue of Corporate Community Involvement from a critical perspective on the limits of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and an operational definition of the common good. |
