Cependant, la méthodologie et la mise en œuvre de cet outil sont encore à questionner : en préservant une place essentielle à la réflexion clinique il reste possible d’éviter les pièges tendus aux extrêmes d’une formalisation sclérosante ou d’un pragmatisme sans recul. Tel est le propos de ce texte qui souligne que la pensée, l’échange et le présent ont aussi valeur de références. |
