| Summary, etc. | Le Syndicat Intercommunal de la Vallée de l’Ondaine et ses partenaires développent, depuis 2003, une démarche sur les questions liées à la discrimination. Un plan d’actions a été mis en place autour de trois objectifs : sensibiliser les acteurs sociaux et économiques sur le phénomène ; outiller les intermédiaires de l’emploi et travailleurs sociaux dans leurs pratiques d’accompagnement ; travailler avec les publics discriminés sur les ressentis, les représentations, les troubles identitaires...Dans le cadre du deuxième objectif, une boîte à outils a été élaborée, orientée sur l’emploi et le logement. Elle permet de resituer la problématique et propose des argumentaires aux professionnels confrontés à des situations de discrimination face à un employeur ou un bailleur. |

It enables workers to redefine the problem and to offer arguments to professionals confronted with discriminatory situations with employers or landlords. |
