| Summary, etc. | Le dispositif « appartements avec gouvernante » de Melun résulte d’un partenariat entre les équipes des secteurs de psychiatrie et une association d’aide à domicile de Melun, l’Association de services et de soins à domicile de la région melunaise (ASSADRM). Il permet à des personnes présentant un handicap psychique et ayant souvent un long parcours en institution psychiatrique, de trouver une insertion sociale dans la cité et d’améliorer leur qualité de vie, tout en bénéficiant de soins adaptés. Ces quelques pages décrivent le dispositif mis en place et les étapes qui ont permis sa mise en œuvre, pour aboutir à la création aujourd’hui d’un Service d’accompagnement médico-social pour adultes handicapés (SAMSAH). |
