Elle s’appuie sur les résultats d’une enquête auprès d’un échantillon d’enseignants-chercheurs issus de l’entreprise. Elle dresse un état de l’art sur la transition professionnelle, présente le protocole et les résultats de la recherche. Ce travail s’efforce de proposer un modèle d’adaptation à ce type de transition et d’en mesurer les portées scientifiques et pratiques. |

Summary, etc. | This search is striving towards identifying and analyzing the factors and the careers’ transitions modes between deeply different institutions. Results are obtained from a survey conducted with a sample of university teachers coming from companies. It sets up the state of the art dealing with the professional transition and introduces the protocol and the research outcomes. Afterwards an adaptation model to this type of transition is proposed. The scientific and applied implications are assessed. |
