Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | In the hospital setting, middle managers are conducting a daily mission articulation necessary to run services and, step by step, the proper functioning of a hospital. The purpose of this paper is to understand how these middle managers are looking for and continually experimenting new forms of organization as both patients and hospital reforms. Implementing articulations, which are constantly tested, renewed and replaced is one of the answers to the question. The case study presented in this paper, namely the control of a pediatric emergency department, allows to understand more precisely the elements of a joint, in a context of organizational change. The link includes a set of interactions through two scenes organizational clearly differentiated: the one including patients and caregivers and the other one involving caregivers and operative. |
