| Summary, etc. | En ayant recours, à la fois, à la Théorie Néo-Institutionnelle (TNI) et à la Théorie des Ressources (TR), ce travail sera un essai de représentation des éco-stratégies avec pour objectif de prouver que l’isomorphisme coercitif est le principal déterminant d’intégration de la responsabilité environnementale dans les organismes industriels algériens. Au moyen d’une trentaine d’études de cas, une matrice d’implications environnementales a été conçue. Elle est le produit de l’hybridation de la typologie de Roome (1992) avec celle de Hart (1995) et elle montre que de telles stratégies ne sont pas un choix délibéré, mais qu’elles obéissent à la logique de la cage de fer dans la mesure où elles sont soumises à des pressions institutionnelles exercées, particulièrement, par l’Etat. |

| Summary, etc. | By using both, the Neo-Institutional Theory (NIT) and Resources Theory (RT), this work will be an attempt of an eco-strategies representation with the aim to prove that the coercive isomorphism is the main determinant of integration of environmental responsibility inside the Algerian industrial organisations. Via thirty case studies, we developed a matrix of environmental implications resulting from the hybridization of the typology of Roome (1992) with that of Hart (1995) showing that such strategies aren’t a deliberate choice but they obey to the iron cage logic insofar as they are subject to institutional pressures exerted, particularly, by the State. |
