Summary, etc. | Le concept de capital humain mérite d’être clarifié avant de pouvoir en envisager une mesure opérationnelle. Le présent article présente une synthèse de la littérature récente en sciences de gestion, et expose les outils développés au sein de la chaire « capital humain » de l’université de Bordeaux. L’importance de la personnalité des individus est mise en évidence, de même que les actions managériales permettant de favoriser la créativité. Un modèle stratégique de performance de type tableau de bord équilibré, centré sur la notion de capital humain, est ensuite développé. Sa déclinaison opérationnelle est alors discutée. |

Summary, etc. | The concept of human capital deserves to be clarified before being operationalized and measured. The present article realizes a synthesis of the recent academic literature in management science, and explains the tools developed within the chair of “human capital” from the University of Bordeaux. The importance of taking into account the personality of the employees and the managerial actions supporting creativity are put forward. A strategic model of performance, inspired by the balanced scorecard, and centered on the concept of human capital, is then developed and its implementation is discussed |
