| Summary, etc. | L’analyse des relations entretenues entre différentes organisations sur les marchés publics, sous l’angle des risques supportés, des comportements en matière de négociations, de recherche d’une meilleure maîtrise des coûts, des offres de formations existantes à destination des entrepreneurs de PME, nous invite à nous demander si la capacité à entreprendre de façon responsable participe du capital humain de la PME à dirigeant actionnaire majoritaire. Les PME s’appropriant les normes RSE seront-elles en mesure de créer plus de valeur ? Cette appropriation par l’action volontaire de leurs dirigeants actionnaires majoritaires constitue-t-elle une augmentation du capital humain de l’entreprise ? Nous rendons compte de la capacité à entreprendre en mobilisant un modèle émergent développé par Lopez et Méreaux (2016), appliqué au capital humain socialement responsable dans le contexte d’une PME de négoce sous contrainte RSE. |

| Summary, etc. | The analysis of relations between various firms on a public market from the angle of the accepted risks integrates a few variables: behaviours regarding negotiations, search for a better cost control and the existing training proposals intended for the SMEs’ entrepreneurs. This makes necessary to wonder if the ability to undertake in a responsible way participates in the human capital of an SME showing a majority shareholder manager. Will SMEs that appropriate the CSR standards can create more value? Does this appropriation by the voluntary action of their majority shareholders’ managers constitute an increase of the human capital of the firm? We report the ability to undertake by leveraging an emergent model developed by Lopez and Méreaux (2016), applied to the socially responsible human capital in the context of a trading SME, under CSR constraints. |
