| Summary, etc. | Tous demandeurs d’une réforme, compte tenu de l’évolution des situations, les notaires avaient fait au ministre, suite à leur congrès de Strasbourg, un certain nombre de remarques et de propositions. En général, ils jugent que la réforme a apporté des améliorations. Parmi celles-ci le mandat de protection future qui permet à toute personne d’anticiper sa protection ou celle de son enfant handicapé. Ce mandat est une véritable nouveauté et il est ici développé le plus largement possible pour que chacun puisse s’en saisir. Sans oublier pour autant que la gestion n’est qu’un aspect de la vie et qu’elle ne dispense pas de la relation et de la reconnaissance. |

| Summary, etc. | Notary’s functions, the 5th of March 5, 2007 Act of Parliament and the mandate for future protectionAfter their congress of Strasbourg, notaries had made a certain number of remarks and proposals about the reform, taking into account the evolution of the situation. In general, they come to the conclusion that the reform brought improvements; among those the mandate of future protection which allows anyone to anticipate his protection or that of his or her disabled child. This mandate is a real innovation and it is developed here as largely as possible. But it is important to remember that management is only one aspect of life and it does not obviate relationship and recognition. |
