Pourtant, cela ne se réalise que dans des domaines restreints. D’autre part, la recherche d’une meilleure cohérence peut s’accompagner de dérives si l’on ne tient pas compte des demandes et attentes des usagers. Toutes ces questions doivent être reprises dans les formations sociales qui sont elles-mêmes très concernées par les décloisonnements et les mises en réseau. |

| Summary, etc. | Current issues about coordination of actions and organizational frameworksThe organizational frameworks of social action have attained a level of such complexity that a large part of legislation is required to facilitate co-operation between social institutions. Nevertheless, this objective is only attained to certain restricted fields. Worse, the search for more cohesive organisation can lead to undesirable deviations if needs and expectations of users are not taken into account. All these questions must be included in social work training which is itself a field that needs to be decompartmentalised and make more use of networks. |
