| Summary, etc. | Cet article de nature exploratoire porte sur les liens entre les différents acteurs du financement de la PME-ETI dans le cas du contexte québécois. La multiplicité des liens, qui peuvent être de nature compétitive ou coopétitive, permet la création d’un écosystème du financement de la PME-ETI. Ce dernier est fortement marqué par le cadre institutionnel Québec, mais aussi par l’histoire et la culture du pays. Notre étude a permis de dresser une typologie des acteurs du financement de la PME-ETI au Québec suivant la capacité des différents créanciers et investisseurs à traiter les risques et l’incertitude liés au déroulement de la convention de financement, soit l’appariement financier. La coopétition favorise l’évolution de ces organisations en offrant des ressources financières rares à des PME-ETI qui ne pouvaient pas en bénéficier jusqu’à présent du fait de la structure de marché. |

| Summary, etc. | This exploratory research focuses on the links between the financing actors, in the case of Quebec. The multiplicity of the links which can be competitive or coopetitive, allows the creation of an ecosystem. This one is strongly influenced by the institutional framework, but also by history and culture of the country. Our study has allowed us to develop a typology of the financing actors, depending on the capacity of the various lenders and investors to handle risk and uncertainty, corresponding to the progress of the financing agreement, or financial matching. Cooperative relationship also promotes the development and growth of these organizations, providing scarce financial resources. |
