| Summary, etc. | Les recherches dans le champ de l’entrepreneuriat ont été traversées par différents courants qui ont, pour la plupart, poursuivi un objectif de normalisation de règles et de comportements, censés assurer la réussite d’un projet d’entreprise. Bien souvent, ces études ont omis de prendre en compte toute la complexité de la personnalité de l’entrepreneur. De même, dans l’étude du capital humain entrepreneurial, les chercheurs n’ont eu de cesse de tenter de mesurer et d’évaluer le phénomène, au risque d’adopter des logiques réductionnistes. Il est étonnant que l’apport de l’effectuation n’ait pas été pris en compte dans les études portant sur l’influence des formations en entrepreneuriat vis-à-vis de leur réussite future. Cet article pointe les risques émanant de la poursuite d’une telle logique, tout en insistant sur la nécessité de s’intéresser à l’expérience de l’entrepreneur, pour mener de nouvelles études dans le domaine du capital humain entrepreneurial. A ce titre, nous esquissons une proposition conceptuelle du capital humain entrepreneurial par l’approche de l’agir entrepreneurial. |

| Summary, etc. | Research in the field of entrepreneurship has been crossed by different streams that have, for the most part, pursued a goal of standardization of rules and behaviors, supposed to ensure the success of a business project. Most of the time, these studies have failed to take into consideration the complexity of the entrepreneur’s personality. Similarly, in the studies devoted on entrepreneurial human capital, researchers have constantly tried to measure and evaluate the phenomenon, at the risk of adopting reductionist logics. It is surprising that the contributions never take in consideration the influence of entrepreneurship training on their future success. This article points out the risks arising from the pursuit of such a logic, while insisting on the need to focus on the entrepreneur’s experience, to conduct new studies in the field of entrepreneurial human capital. As such, we sketch a conceptual proposition of entrepreneurial human capital through the approach of entrepreneurial action. |
