| Summary, etc. | La création d’entreprise est souvent motivée par une volonté d’autonomie et de sens. De nombreux individus décrivent leur engagement dans l’entrepreneuriat comme un véritable projet de vie, au-delà du cadre professionnel. Force est de constater que l’entrepreneur n’est pas toujours en mesure de contrôler la place qu’occupe le travail dans sa vie. Il court souvent après le temps. A force de vouloir atteindre ses objectifs, il frôle l’épuisement, n’a plus de capacité de discernement, perd sa vision de long-terme. Mais, la course au temps n’est pas une fatalité. L’entrepreneur doté de courage introspectif peut changer la donne. Il peut choisir consciemment de piloter le temps, celui de sa vie et de son entreprise. L’accompagnement entrepreneurial est un outil fort pour révéler le rapport qu’il entretient au temps et, par ricochet, lui permettre de prendre conscience de son équilibre personnel et générer des changements dans son écosystème et ses pratiques managériales. |

| Summary, etc. | Starting a business is often prompted by the will to acquire autonomy and find purpose. Many individuals consider their commitment to entrepreneurship as a genuine life project beyond working life. It is obvious that entrepreneurs cannot always control the role and importance of work in their lives. Often, they run after time. In an attempt to reach their objectives, entrepreneurs are on the verge of exhaustion, lose their capacity to exercise sound judgment and long term vision. However, running after time is not inevitable. Entrepreneurs who have the courage to look inside can create a better situation for themselves. They can make a conscious decision to manage their time in work and private life. Coaching entrepreneurs is a powerful tool to unravel their relationship to time and, in turn, help them raise awareness about their personal balance and wellbeing and trigger changes in their ecosystem and management practices. |
