Summary, etc. | Cet article a pour objet de cerner les pratiques de la RSE au sein des entreprises de téléphonie mobile au Cameroun dans une approche territoire et institutionnelle. La démarche analytique suivie de type qualitatif, a permis de mener un certain nombre d’entretiens semi-directifs au total de 16. Les résultats obtenus montrent globalement d’une part que, les dimensions de la RSE relèvent plus de la philanthropie que d’un programme cohérent répondant à un processus ; et d’autre part, un moindre intérêt d’engagement sociétal pour les activités principales notamment la technologie utilisée qui crée des externalités négatives. Ces résultats également confirment un différentiel institutionnel pour ce qui est des entreprises filiales des multinationales en termes de stratégie de RSE développée dans les pays d’origine. Le rapport de force entre l’Etat, les entreprises et les parties prenantes reste fondamental pour l’émergence des pratiques de la RSE. |

Summary, etc. | This article aims to identify CSR practices among mobile companiesin Cameroun with a territory and institutional approach. The analytical approach followed of a qualitative type, allowed conducting 16 interviews. The results show firstly that CSR dimensions come under a philanthropy approach rather than a coherent program to meet a process ; and also, a lower social commitment of interest for key activities including the technology that creates negative externalities. These results also confirm an institutional differential in terms of subsidiaries of multinational companies in terms of CSR strategy developed in the country. The balance of power between the state, businesses and stakeholders is fundamental to the emergence of CSR practices. |
