| Summary, etc. | La légitimité des cadres du secteur social et médico-social passe par leur compréhension du contexte dans lequel ils travaillent. Au-delà de la seule question de la position stratégique, ils sont identifiés et reconnus grâce à leur histoire personnelle, action, expérience, formation et la manière de concilier l’ensemble.Aujourd’hui, de nouvelles tâches et préoccupations prennent du temps et de la place. Les cadres passent d’un management qui privilégiait le contrôle et la conversation à un management qui privilégie l’efficacité et la qualité de service. Une autre manière de manager est à envisager entre le modèle de professionnalisation qui s’est construit jusqu’aux années 2000 et un modèle qui serait tourné uniquement sur la gestion. Des cadres, avec une connaissance du contenu des métiers encadrés pour jouer un rôle dans l’encadrement proposé ou non, ont peut-être à redonner aux professionnels une marge de manœuvre et des responsabilités dans une perspective de coopération. |
