Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The circular economy is an attractive model insofar as it promises to reconcile the creation of economic value with social and environmental issues. But the emergence of this model also raises a paradox between, on the one hand, a significant enthusiasm of companies and public actors wishing to adopt this concept, and on the other hand the many difficulties encountered by the latter to implement it. By studying this question at the level of territorial action in the construction sector, this article seeks to understand the cognitive, organizational, and inter-organizational mechanisms that can help public and private actors to appropriate and deploy the circular economy at local level. We question the modalities of collective action to propose à political engineering model that socio-economic actors can mobilize to stimulate innovation and support the transition of their local area to the circular economy. |
