Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à porter un éclairage sur les trajectoires professionnelles des femmes cadres en prenant en considération les spécificités du contexte dans lequel elles évoluent. Sur la base de la théorie de l’intersectionnalité, les facteurs qui composent les intersections sont mis en exergue pour saisir la nature multidimensionnelle des parcours professionnels des femmes. Dans le cadre d’une étude exploratoire, l’objectif est d’explorer les facteurs individuels (associés aux femmes), les facteurs sociaux et organisationnels (associés au contexte) qui affectent les femmes, et les interactions qui émergent des intersections entre ces facteurs. |

Summary, etc. | This article aims to shed light on the professional trajectories of women executives by considering the specificities of the contexts in which they evolve. Drawing on intersectionality theory, it emphasizes the intersecting factors at work to capture the multifaceted nature of women’s professional paths. An exploratory study is carried out, with the aim of identifying the individual factors (related to the women) and the social and organizational factors (related to the context) affecting women, and the interactions that emerge from the intersections between these factors. |

Summary, etc. | El objetivo de este artículo es arrojar luz sobre las trayectorias profesionales de las mujeres directivas, teniendo en cuenta las especificidades del contexto en el que evolucionan. Basándose en la teoría de la interseccionalidad, se destacan los factores que la componen con el fin de captar el carácter multidimensional de las trayectorias profesionales de las mujeres.
