Summary, etc. | L’article propose un modèle opérationnel de reporting interne pour les entreprises agroalimentaires, à partir d’une revue institutionnelle. Les chiffres sur la malnutrition en France et dans le monde, le surpoids et l’obésité, le développement des MNT (maladies non transmissibles) ne cessent de croître, représentant des coûts directs et indirects considérables. L’appropriation de cette question est un enjeu de santé publique. L’OMS et l’ONU le font par leurs objectifs de développement durable (ODD) comme les organismes de normalisation et l’Union Européenne en encourageant une information publiée accrue. Au-delà de la régulation et de l’invitation au reporting externe, il est temps d’inciter à l’intégration de ces objectifs dans le management de ces entreprises ; d’où la proposition d’un modèle adapté aux entreprises du secteur agroalimentaire susceptible de répondre aux attentes de leurs parties prenantes. |

Summary, etc. | The article proposes an operational model of internal reporting for agri-food companies, based on an institutional review. The figures on malnutrition in France and around the world, overweight and obesity, and the development of NCDs (non-communicable diseases) continue to grow, representing considerable direct and indirect costs. Appropriating this question is a public health issue. The WHO and the UN do this through their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as do standardization bodies and the European Union by encouraging increased published information. Beyond regulation and the invitation to external reporting, it is time to encourage the integration of these objectives into management. Hence the proposal of a scorecard adapted to companies in the agri-food sector likely to meet the expectations of their stakeholders. |

Summary, etc. | El artículo propone un modelo operativo de información interna para las empresas agroalimentarias, basado en una revisión institucional. Las cifras de malnutrición en Francia y en el mundo, de sobrepeso y obesidad, y de desarrollo de ENT (enfermedades no transmisibles) siguen aumentando, lo que representa costes directos e indirectos considerables. Apropiarse de esta cuestión es un asunto de salud pública. La OMS y la ONU lo hacen a través de sus Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), al igual que los organismos de normalización y la Unión Europea, fomentando el aumento de la información publicada. Más allá de la reglamentación y de la invitación a informar externamente, es hora de fomentar la integración de estos objetivos en la gestión. De ahí la propuesta de un cuadro de mando adaptado a las empresas del sector agroalimentario susceptibles de responder a las expectativas de sus partes interesadas. |
