| Summary, etc. | La construction des discours vocationnels, mettant en jeu des croyances, opère principalement par trois registres de socialisation : la trajectoire biographique, la formation et les organisations du travail. Ces trois registres s’entrecroisent et donnent source à différentes formes de justification et d’ancrage à ces discours. L’engagement est fort dans le métier lorsqu’il y a convergence dans les relais biographique, professionnel et organisationnel. Or, actuellement, il y aurait un signe de reconfiguration des ressorts des modes d’implication. Les différents discours vocationnels sont plus liés à des raisons biographiques ou à des personnalités marquantes. Les référentiels politiques, organisationnels ou sociaux apparaissent peu explicitement pour justifier l’action. |

Commitment to the profession is strong when there is convergence between the biographical, professional and organizational relays. At the current time there are signs that the sources of modes of implication are in the process of being reconfigured. Many vocational discourses are now no longer linked to biography or to key personalities. Action is no longer justified in reference to political, organizational or social referentials. |
