| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente les enseignements d’expériences développées en France et en Europe, en particulier dans le cadre du réseau PowerUs, et d’un projet européen Interreg porté par quatre instituts de formation des régions pyrénéennes Occitanie et Catalogne. Deux enjeux essentiels de la participation sont présentés : la reconnaissance des savoirs expérientiels comme savoirs à part entière et la réduction des écarts entre les professionnel.le.s et les personnes concernées (référence au concept de mending the gap de PowerUs). Une typologie des différentes modalités repérées dans les pratiques de participation visera à montrer la diversité et la richesse des expériences. L’analyse des pratiques en cours permet de repérer certaines conditions pour favoriser la participation des personnes concernées dans les formations en travail social. La première consiste, en préalable, à s’appuyer sur un réel partenariat avec des collectifs de personnes concernées. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents the lessons learned from experiences developed in France and Europe, in particular within the framework of the PowerUs network and an Inter-regional European project carried out by four training institutes in the Pyrenees regions of Occitania and Catalonia. Two essential issues about participation are presented: the recognition of experiential knowledge as knowledge in its own right and the reduction of gaps between professionals and the people concerned (reference to PowerUs’ Mending the gap concept). A typology of the different techniques identified in these participation practices will aim to show the diversity and richness of experience they represent. The analysis of current practices makes it possible to identify certain conditions to encourage the participation of service users in social work training. The most important one is to build on a real partnership with groups of people concerned. |
