| Summary, etc. | Loin de se résumer aux enjeux liés au vieillissement de la population ou à l’inscription sociale des personnes reconnues handicapées, l’accessibilité constitue un « imaginaire social instituant » traversé par de nouvelles conceptions de la citoyenneté, de nouvelles approches de la solidarité et de nouvelles formes de normativité. Ce texte rapporte ce nouvel imaginaire instituant à la nouvelle économie des obligations entre la société et les individus promue par une société de la connaissance fondée sur la concrétisation de droits individuels pour, dans un second temps, mettre l’accent sur les nouveaux modes de solidarisation des rapports sociaux à l’œuvre. Il s’intéresse en troisième lieu aux nouvelles formes de normativité soutenues par un mode d’analyse assujettissant la cohésion sociale à l’accessibilité des organisations et à leur aptitude à être solidairement responsables des usagers et de leurs membres. |
