| Summary, etc. | L’interrogation sur l’insertion des innovations à caractère technologique et non technologique au sein des ehpad apparaît légitime. Le constat que nous pouvons effectuer sur ce sujet tend à prouver qu’il y a au sein de ces établissements d’hébergement une intégration progressive de qualité de formes diverses d’innovations.À travers quelques exemples, nous approchons les différents types d’innovation ainsi que les modalités de leur intégration, en insistant fortement sur la nécessité de maintenir un équilibre toujours constant entre les innovations et la dimension humaine indispensable au sein des ehpad – humanité qui continue à prévaloir dans l’action quotidienne institutionnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | The question on the integration of technological and non-technological innovations within elderly people’s homes ( ehpad) seems legitimate. The observation we can make on this subject tries to prove that there is a gradual integration of quality within these accommodation institutions taking the form of various kinds of innovation.Through some examples, we describe the different types of innovation as well as the modalities of their integration, emphasizing strongly the need to maintain an ever-constant balance between innovations and the indispensable human dimension within the ehpad humanity which continues to prevail in the daily institutional action. |
