| Summary, etc. | Cet article montre que la coordination de l’aide alimentaire prend des formes multiples à un niveau local. Les centres communaux d’action sociale ( ccas) peuvent financer ou porter des épiceries sociales, des lieux de distribution, des plateformes logistiques ou soutenir une dynamique de coordination sur leur territoire. Mais bien que l’échelon local présente de nombreux avantages, l’articulation avec d’autres politiques publiques locales ou d’autres niveaux d’action en construction reste indispensable. Dans sa démarche de coordination, le ccas peut s’appuyer sur des plans et stratégies politiques – projets alimentaires territoriaux ( pat), contrats locaux de santé ( cls), pôles territoriaux de compétitivité économique ( ptce) – qui permettront de guider l’action mais aussi de s’inscrire dans des visions plus larges et systémiques. |

| Summary, etc. | This article shows that the coordination of food aid takes many forms at a local level. The Community Social Action Centers ( ccas) can finance or support social grocery stores, distribution points, logistics platforms or coordination dynamics in their territory. However, although the local level has many advantages, it is essential to coordinate with other local public policies or other levels of action under construction. In its coordination approach, the ccas can rely on political plans and strategies – Territorial Food Projects ( tfp), Local Health Contracts ( lhc), Territorial Economic Competitiveness Clusters ( tecc) – which will both guide action and make it possible to be part of a broader and more systemic approach. |
