C’est cette part active qui est à l’origine de la répétition de la négligence envers l’enfant et à laquelle sont confrontés les intervenants.Cela invite à prêter attention aux soins primaires chez le tout-petit, notamment quand ils font défaut. Cela engage aussi à une lecture attentive, prenant appui sur ce que le bébé nous montre et peut nous enseigner.À partir de séquences cliniques, cet article repère les effets de la négligence primaire sur la construction du psychisme naissant. Il tente ensuite d’extraire les facteurs qui participent à la répétition de la négligence et ceux qui auront effet de résilience. |

| Summary, etc. | The mechanisms of negligence are complex. They require us to identify what we might call “an active part of the neglect”. It also calls for attentive reading, based on what the baby shows us and can teach us. And it requires us to build on what the baby shows us and what we learn from them. Based on clinical sequences, this article identifies the effects of primary neglect on the construction of the emerging psyche. It then attempts to extract the factors that contribute to the repetition of neglect and those that will have a resilience effect. |
