Ensemble, l’une et l’autre livrent ici un témoignage sur les conditions actuelles de travail et d’emploi dans le secteur sanitaire et social à partir d’une situation locale d’établissements. Sans prétendre à une quelconque généralisation des descriptions, l’article rend compte de réalités de terrain qui « parleront » certainement à beaucoup de travailleurs sociaux, placés à tous les niveaux de la hiérarchie de leur organisation. |
