520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The case of the Austro-Hungarian botanist Gottlieb Haberlandt (1854-1945) allows to retrace the start of culture in vitro of the upper vegetables. In his «  Experiments on the culture of isolated plant cells » (1902), notably, this biologist offers apparently to study, by the isolated tissue and cells cultures in vitro, all correlations (or mutual influences) of cells in plant organism, that is to say purposes and potentialities of the cell.Beyond experimental achievements to study plant morphology and physiology, this author set forth the practical and theoretical perspectives hiring the concept of cell. His researches and his ideas lead this botanist to formulate and to put down hypotheses which will constitute, then, an epistemologic frame of job and reflexion for subsequent studies on plants cells cultures.
