| Summary, etc. | Cet article examine le rôle joué par un collectif informel d’informaticiens dans un processus de transformation des modalités de régulation de leur activité en croisant les regards de la sociologie des professions et des relations professionnelles. Ce collectif s’est créé en opposition à un projet initié de manière unilatérale par la direction de l’entreprise. Ce dernier modifie profondément les modalités d’organisation du travail et participe à un mouvement de « déprofessionnalisation » des informaticiens. L’article montre que le collectif n’a pas pu favoriser un travail d’organisation pour résorber les contradictions entre les dimensions stratégiques du projet et l’activité réelle des salariés. L’action de ce groupe a néanmoins permis d’octroyer des ressources aux salariés et in fine de favoriser les compromis locaux. |

| Summary, etc. | This article examines the role played by an informal collective of employees of an IT department in the transformation of the regulations of their activity by combining the approach of the sociology of professions and of professional relationships. This collective was created in opposition to a project unilaterally initiated by the direction of this department. This project modifies profoundly those regulations and participates in a process of deprofessionalisation of their activity. The collective failed to achieve a “work of organisation” meant to ease the contradiction between the strategic level of the project and the activity of work level. Those contradictions were thus transferred to the lower levels of the organisation. Nevertheless, the collective gave resources to the employees and supported the development of local compromises. |
