| Summary, etc. | Cet article interroge les usages de la féminité pendant les élections législatives de 2012, grâce à une participation observante menée en tant que candidate pour le parti Europe écologie - Les Verts. La fémininité associée à la jeunesse sert à l’échelle d’un parti outsider. Elle permet de préserver les financements publics tout en réglant les conflits internes. Le fait d’être une jeune femme favorise ainsi dans un premier temps l’accession à l’investiture au nom du renouvellement politique. Cependant, cette stratégie voulue par les militants est discréditée ensuite par les autres acteurs politiques locaux (candidats, médias, société civile) : ces derniers utilisent la jeunesse, et surtout la féminité, pour marginaliser la candidature. Cette ethnographie offre un apport original à la question complexe, entrelacée et non univoque du genre en politique. |

| Summary, etc. | This article studies gender during general election in 2012. Thanks to an observant participation as candidate for an ecological party, it shows that feminity associated with youth is used in a vote-catching purpose. Being a young woman is valued at first in the party. It avoids financial penalties, eliminates opponents and contributes to the political renewal. However, this strategy promoted by ecologist activists contributes to the marginalization. Political actors (others candidates, media or voters) discredit youth and, above all, female. This ethnography constitutes an original contribution to understand the complexity of gender issue in politic. |
