| Summary, etc. | Au sein des Scop (Sociétés coopératives et participatives), les salariés sont aussi les principaux propriétaires de l’entreprise ; ils sont rémunérés au titre de leur travail et de leur participation financière. Ces entreprises mettent en avant la dimension collective de leur fonctionnement. La recherche du profit y est subordonnée à l’impératif de coopération. L’article se penche sur la place des pratiques de rémunération dans la construction d’un intérêt commun qui doit souder les coopérateurs. S’appuyant sur une enquête auprès de trois coopératives industrielles, il montre à quelles conditions les dispositifs de rémunération du capital et du travail peuvent contribuer à constituer des collectifs qui reposent sur des principes de cohésion contrastés. Les coopératives conduisent ainsi à poser la question des conditions de possibilité de la mise en place et de l’acceptation de systèmes de rémunérations relativement autonomes par rapport au « marché ». |

These companies emphasise the collective dimension of their organisation. The search for profit is subordinated to the imperative of co-operation. The article looks at the place of remuneration practices in the construction of a common interest that must unite co-operators. Based on a survey of three industrial cooperatives, it shows the conditions under which the remuneration of capital and of labour can contribute to building collectives based on several principles of cohesion. Cooperatives thus raise the question of the conditions for the possibility of setting up relatively autonomous remuneration systems in relation to the “market”. |
