La plainte des victimes se construit autour de la notion de respect et dénonce les atteintes à la dignité. La reconnaissance de la souffrance au travail semble donc engagée désormais dans des formes de prise en charge médico-juridiques aboutissant à la notion de réparation. Mais quelle réparation possible quand le couple « pervers-victime » s’avère plus complexe que prévu dans sa construction, que le récit du harcelé met à jour sa participation au harcèlement d’un autre ? quand le bourreau dénoncé semble pris dans une idéologie collective où lui-même doit faire avec la conservation de sa santé ? |

The victims’ complaints are constructed on the notions of respect and they denounce attacks against a person’s dignity. Thus, the recognition of suffering at work subsequently appears to be engaged within medical-juridical forms of assigning responsibility, which end in the notion of reparation. But what kind of reparation is possible when the « pervert-victim » couple is more complex than expected in its construction, when the victim’s declarations reveal her participation in the harassment of somebody else, when the denounced bully appears to be part of a collective ideology where he must worry about his own state of health? |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenLa noción de acoso produce un pervertido, una víctima y congrega una vasta comunidad de negación en torno a una causalidad psicopatológica. La queja de las víctimas se construye alrededor de la noción de respeto y denuncia los atentados contra la dignidad. Desde ese momento, el reconocimiento del sufrimiento en el trabajo aparece ligado a formas de toma de responsabilidad medico jurídicas, que llegan finalizan con la noción de reparación. Pero qué reparación es posible cuando la pareja « pervertido-victima » es más compleja que lo previsto en su construcción, cuando el recuento del acosado revela su participación en el acoso de otro, cuando el ofensor denunciado parece inserto dentro de una ideología colectiva donde él mismo preocuparse por la conservación de su salud? |
