| Summary, etc. | Quand le verbe n’est plus là, quand le mouvement est absent, que reste-t-il dans le Corps ? Lorsque l’adulte est touché par une pathologie neurologique aigue, le psychomotricien rencontre tout d’abord le patient dans ce Corps à Corps. De cette rencontre corporelle, de ce dialogue tonique, nait le lien psychomoteur. Au travers de cette rencontre, le Tonus, tant du psychomotricien que du patient, sert de base au dialogue qui s’instaure. Le Tonus est alors une médiation pour communiquer et amener la personne à avancer dans son parcours face à ses difficultés. Avec la Relaxation, nous travaillons sur ce tonus, sur son lien avec les émotions, mais notre Corps de psychomotricien, notre engagement, rend d’autant plus singulière notre approche du patient et notre lien avec lui et son Corps. Il va s’agir dans cette présentation de montrer l’intérêt de l’approche psychomotrice auprès des adultes atteints de pathologies neurologiques au travers de la médiation Relaxation et présenter en quoi l’utilisation de cette approche en Psychomotricité rend spécifique notre approche du Tonus. Le Corps du psychomotricien comme Médiation pour cette rencontre, ce « Nous » thérapeutique définit par J.H. Schultz au sens de la création d’une relation qui va tenir ce couple : patient-psychomotricien. |

| Summary, etc. | When the word is no longer there, when the movement is absent, what remains in the body? When the adult is affected by an acute neurological pathology, the psychomotor meets the patient first in this close combat. | Summary, etc. | Cuando ya no esta la palabra, cuando es ausente el movimiento, ?que queda den-tro del cuerpo? Cuando el adulto sufre una patología neurológica importante, el psicomotricista encuentra primeramente el paciente en este cara a cara. De este encuentro corporal, de este diálogo tónico nace el vinculo psicomotor. A través de este encuentro, el Tono del psicomotricista y del paciente sirve de base al dialogo que empieza. El tono es una mediación para comunicar y conducir la persona a adelantarse en su recurso frente a sus dificultades. Con la relajación, trabajamos sobre este tono, sobre su vinculo con las emociones, pero nuestro cuerpo de psicomotricista nuestro inicio vuelve singular nuestro enfoque del paciente y nuestro vinculo con él y su cuerpo. Se trata en esta demostración de mostrar el interés del enfoque psicomotor con adultos que sufren patologías neurológicas a través de la mediación Relajación y presentar cómo la utilización de este enfoque en psicomotricidad vuelve especifico nuestro enfoque del Tono. El Cuerpo del psicomotricista como Mediación para este encuentro, este « nosotros » terapéutico definido por J.H. Shultz al censo de la creación de una relación que va sostener esta pareja : paciente - psicomotricista. |
