| Summary, etc. | Psychomotricienne en libéral, j’accueille des adultes, essentiellement des femmes, autour de problématiques liées à l’image du corps et son investissement. Comment accueillir en séance l’émergence spontanée des questions soulevées par la sexualité, fonction psychomotrice un peu à part ? Un travail sensori-moteur global, ainsi qu’une mise en jeux du corps, ont pu aider mes patientes sur le chemin d’une sexualité plus épanouie. L’apport de l’hypnose a suscité beaucoup d’espoirs chez certaines. Il m’a fallu rappeler les limites et intérêts de mon cadre : une psychothérapie à médiation corporelle, un travail global et de fond sur le compagnonnage que nous entretenons avec notre propre corps et la présence des autres, loin des solutions magiques. L’hypnose a fait ses preuves en sexothérapie, et en psychomotricité car elle revêt des similitudes avec l’approche relationnelle et corporelle de notre pratique. L’évocation ici d’un cas clinique pourra être l’occasion de nourrir une réflexion sur l’apport de l’hypnose en thérapie psychomotrice pour des problématiques sexuelles. |

Global sensory-motor work, as well as body play, have helped my patients on the path to more fulfilling sexuality. The contribution of hypnosis has raised many hopes in some. I had to recall the limits and interests of my framework: psychotherapy with body mediation, a global and substantive work on the companion that we maintain with our own body and the presence of others, far from the magic solutions. Hypnosis has proven its worth in sexotherapy, and in psychomotricity because it has similarities with the relational and bodily approach of our practice. Evoking a clinical case here may be an opportunity to reflect on the contribution of hypnosis to psychomotor therapy for sexual problems. |

Un trabajo sensori motor global, así que una pista en juego del cuerpo, han conseguido a ayudar mis pacientes sobre el camino de una sexualidad mas armoniosa. La utilización de la hipnosis ha suscitado muchas esperanzas para algunas. He tenido que volver a recordar los limites y interés de mi marco : una psicoterapia a mediación corporal, un trabajo global y de fundo sobre el vinculo de amistad que entretenemos con nuestro propio cuerpo y de la presencia de los otros, lejos de soluciones mágicas. La hipnosis ha demostrado sus capacidades en terapia sexual, y en psicomotricidad porque tiene similitudes con el enfoque relacional y corporal de nuestra practica. La evocación de un caso clínico sera la ocasión de llevar una reflexión sobre la contribución de la hipnosis en terapia psicomotriz para los problemas de la sexualidad. |
