In the United States, Black thinkers of the two last centuries have denounced the lynchings, but much less the system of leasing convicts. The writings of Angela Y. Davis on the prison-industrial complex, unveils the fabrication of the Black as a criminal ; the arbitrary justice measures ; and the economical relationship structured by racism. |
