| Summary, etc. | Dans les débats philosophiques contemporains, la question du travail est parfois abordée dans une référence conjointe à l’autonomie personnelle, à l’identité et au caractère formateur du travail. Les notions d’autonomie et d’identité sont alors définies indépendamment du travail, avant d’y être rattachées par l’intermédiaire de la problématique du caractère formateur du travail. L’objectif de cet article est de déplacer la discussion sur le terrain de l’analyse de l’expérience du travail. Le travail est analysé comme action sociale spécifique, sous-tendue par des processus psychiques, où se jouent certaines des conditions d’une véritable autonomie et d’une croissante de l’identité, et qui trouve ses enjeux distinctifs dans une imbrication de formes spécifiques d’autonomie et d’identité. | Summary, etc. | Autonomy and Identity at WorkIn the contemporary philosophical discussion, the work issue is often tackled in relation to the notions of identity, autonomy and the formative character of work. However, in these discussions, the notions of autonomy and identity tend to be defined for themselves, without any reference to work. It is only in a second step that they are connected to the concept of work through the consideration of its formative character. This article aims at recasting the discussion from the standpoint of a comprehensive conception of the working experience. Work is analysed here in terms of a specific social action underpinned by psychic processes in which the condition of identity development and true autonomy are at play. Specific types of autonomy and identity are implicated at work and the intricate connections between them specify the normative stakes of the working activity. |

Los conceptos de autonomía y de identidad se definen independientemente del trabajo, antes de ser vinculados a través de la cuestión del carácter formativo del trabajo.
