| Summary, etc. | Déjà publié en 1993, dans la revue Rencontres avec Jean Sulivan éditée par l’Association des Amis de Jean Sulivan, 20 rue Labrouste 75015 Paris et je remercie, ici, Édith Delos de m’en avoir accorder l’usage, cet article tend à développer l’idée puissante, depuis les civilisations préhistoriques, d’une négation de la mort. Par sa ténacité et sa constance, elle atteste sans le dire la résurrection et l’immortalité du « Mort ». Vue sous l’angle de la psychanalyse, cette croyance en l’immortalité rendrait compte d’une nécessité de croire, en l’autre et en soi, pour accéder au sentiment d’être. Se pose cependant la question du croire et du savoir. La croyance, par son adhésion à un non savoir, affirme et atteste; le savoir interroge, polémique se donne des réponses provisoires. La négation de la mort disposerait à l’illusion du sentiment de toute puissance et constituerait le phantasme d’immortalité. Mais, par la loi du retournement, nier la mort conduirait la psyché à nier la vie. |

From its retentiveness and its constancy, it bears testimony of the Dead silent resurrection and immortality. Within the psycho-analysis light, this belief in immortality would raise the necessity of believing in someone and in oneself, to reach the sense of being. Belief, by adhering to a non-knowing, asserts and testifies. Knowledge wonders, polemizes, finds temporary answers. Denial of death would dispose, deluded by the sense of omnipotence would constitute the immortality phantasm. Yet, by reversal law, denying death would lead Psyche to deny life. |
