Cette approche clinique, traversée par l’esprit démocratique dont parle D.W., Winnicott et adossée à la pensée complexe du sociologue Edgar Morin, relance le processus de subjectivation des adolescents commettant des agirs violents et soutient l’humanisation de ces sujets. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper studies the case of Solange, within the framework of Educational Assistance and the Criminal Courts, her imprisonment and subsequent return to her wider family, as a means of illustrating the effect of trans-disciplinary interconnections on the inter-institutional stage. This clinical approach, inspired by the democratic spirit as defined by D.W. Winnicott and underpinned by the complex reasoning of sociologist Edgar Morin, rekindles subjectivisation processes in teenagers whose behaviour is violent and fosters their humanisation. |
