Son long parcours de plusieurs années dans les hallucinations démonologiques et l’inscription de ces troubles dans un discours mystique ont fasciné Jean Eude, le fondateur des Eudistes, qui en fit l’égérie de la nouvelle communauté. L’intérêt de ce parcours de vie est d’examiner la façon dont un trouble psychique se trouve valorisé dans une société et comment cette valorisation permet à Marie de se reconstruire. |
