| Summary, etc. | L’analyse de pratique en structures d’accueil de la petite enfance nous confronte à un climat groupal qui se spécifie par un paradoxe de complicité et d’attaques. Nous trouvons des phénomènes expiatoires au sein des équipes et tentons d’éclairer cela à la lumière de l’Imago maternel qui peuple l’inconscient de ces groupes. Le groupe se donne à voir comme une figure mère protectrice, prête à déferler sa haine pour défendre l’idéal par lequel elle se soutient pour effectuer sa mission d’accueil des enfants. |

| Summary, etc. | The analysis of practices in daycare centers brings us face to face with a group climate characterized by a paradox of complicity and attacks.
