| Summary, etc. | Vers un modèle anthropologique de la pratique psychothérapeutique. – S’inscrivant à l’encontre des rapprochements évocateurs mais souvent trop approximatifs entre la psychothérapie et le rituel, l’auteur propose un certain nombre de perspectives anthropologiques sur la pratique thérapeutique. Celle-ci est envisagée comme faisant intervenir trois contextes relationnels enchâssés les uns dans les autres: la partici~pation du client et du thérapeute à leurs réseaux sociaux respectifs, la relation thérapeutique qui se met en place entre le client et le thérapeute, et les dispositifs mis en œuvre au cours du travail de thérapie qui four~nissent au client les conditions du changement relationnel. L’analyse cherche à montrer en quoi la psycho-thérapie (et plus précisément la thérapie systémique) est plus complexe que ce que l’on entend habituelle~ment par « rituel», « jeu», « spectacle» ou « interaction ordinaire»: c’est une mise en relation spécifique de ces différentes modalités d’interaction qui lui donne une forme et une logique distinctes. |

| Summary, etc. | Towards an anthropological model of psychotherapeutic practice.Reacting against sugges~tive but overly approximate comparisons between psychotherapy and ritual activity, the author proposes a number of anthropological perspectives on the practice of therapy. Psychotherapy is envisaged in terms of three embedded relational contexts: the client’s and the therapist’s participation in their respective social networks, the therapeutic relationship that arises between the therapist and the client, and the various the~rapeutic procedures that provide the client with the conditions for relational change. The analysis aims to show the ways in which psychotherapy (and systemic therapy in particular) is more complex than what is usually understood as « ritual», « play/game», « spectacle» or « ordinary interaction»: its distinctive form and logic derive from a particular interplay of these different interactive modes. |

| Summary, etc. | Hacia un modelo antropológico de la práctica psicoterapeútica.Inscribiendose en el encuentro de las aproximaciones evocadores pero a menudo demasiado poco exactas entre la psicoterapía y el ritual, el autor propone un cierto número de perspectivas antropológicas sobre la práctica terapeútica. Esta es contemplada como algo que hace intervenir tres contextos relacionales imbricados les unos en les otros: la participación del cliente y del terapeúta en sus redes sociáles respectivas, la relación terapeútica que se instala entre cliente y terapeúta, y los dispositevos desarrollados a lo largo del trabajo de la terapía que aportan al cliente las condiciones del cambio relacional. El análisis busca mostrar las formas en que la psicoterapía (y sobre todo la terapía sistémica) es más compleja que lo que se entiende habitualmente por « ritual», « juego», « espectáculo» or « interacción ordinaria»: es la puesta en marcha de una relación específica de estas diferentes modalidades de interacción lo que le da una forma y una lógica distintivas. |
