| Summary, etc. | Les faits de violence en institutions ont à être déconstruits (contexte, acteurs, représentations, normes sociales) pour en favoriser l’élaboration au sein de la collectivité qui les a produits. L’organisation et le fonctionnement institutionnels peuvent être eux-mêmes des vecteurs de violence. Une demande d’intervention dans un système institutionnel complexe oblige à rechercher quel est le niveau le plus pertinent à mettre au travail. L’auteur propose une schématisation en sept polarités sur laquelle s’appuyer pour négocier un cadre et un dispositif d’intervention ajustés à la demande de professionnels. |

| Summary, etc. | Institutional violence, violence within the institution.Acts of violence within the institution may come from the institution itself: from people interacting, from the organization and functioning. These violent events must be « deconstructed» by taking into account the context, the actors, the represen~tations, the social norms. Intervening in such a complex institutional system implies to look at relevant levels such as hierarchy, place, role... From this perspective, the author suggests a seven polarities model which can be helpful to negotiate a framework and a setting of intervention adapted to the professional demands. |

| Summary, etc. | Violencia de las instituciones, violencias en la institución.Los hechos de violencia en institu~ciones tienen que ser deconstruidos (contextos, actores, representaciones, normas sociales) para facilitar sus elaboraciones en el seno de la colectividad donde han sido producidos. La organización y el funcionamiento institucionales pueden ser ellos mismos vectores de violencia. Un pedido de intervención en un sistema institucional complejo, obliga a buscar cual es el nivel más perti~nente de reflexión y de acción. La autora propone una esquematización en siete polos sobre la cual se apoya para negociar un cuadro y un dispositivo de intervención ajustados al pedido de los profesionales. |
