Après un bref rappel du contexte sociétal, les auteurs invitent, par une analyse des logiques et procédures différentes « côté Cour/côté Psy», à promouvoir une certaine cohérence des interventions plurielles. Les exemples tirés de leur pratique de formatrice, thérapeute de couple, médiatrice et avocate, mettent en lumière l’absence d’un modèle de bientraitance mais sont une invitation à franchir le « Check Point Charly» pour coconstruire les métamorphoses professionnelles. |

| Summary, etc. | Towards a well-handling of the multidisciplinary interventions during the separation.The article suggests a reflection on the complex mechanism of psycho-juridical interventions that goes along with the separation process. After a brief overview of the social context, the authors invite, through an analysis of the different logics and procedures from legal/psychological point of view, to promote a certain coherence of the plural interventions. The examples derived from their practice of trainer, couple therapist, mediator and lawyer, highlight the absence of well-handling model but are an invitation to pass the « Check Point Charly» in order to build together the professional metamorphosis. |

| Summary, etc. | Hacia un buentrato de las intervenciones multidisciplinarias en el transcurso de la separación. El artículo propone una reflexión sobre lo complejo de la articulación de las intervenciones psico-jurídicas que acompanan el proceso de una separación. Luego de un breve recuento del contexto social, los autores invitan, por un análisis de las lógicas y de los distintos procedimientos lado Corte/lado Psi., a promover una cierta coherencia de las intervenciones plurales. Los ejemplos obtenidos de su experiencia práctica de formadora, terapeuta de parejas, mediadora y abogada, ponen en evidencia la ausencia de un modelo de buentrato pero tambien son una invitación a atravesar el « Check Point Charly» para coconstruir las metamorfosis profesionales. |
