Summary, etc. | Le réseau institutionnel est souvent le réceptacle et le reflet des problématiques des familles avec lesquelles il travaille. Ce qui traverse les acteurs sociaux et se rejoue dans un espace élargi peut être regardé comme une occasion de traiter un traumatisme qui émerge et en appelle à une solution. Nous voyons là l’intérêt d’instaurer une dynamique de travail à partir du lien interinstitutionnel. En confrontant leurs différentes lectures, la variété des hypothèses au creux d’un débat contradictoire, les différents acteurs concernés par une même famille vont activer l’aspect opératoire des informations partagées. Et, il en découlera un processus structurant pour chacun, (intervenants et famille) au creux d’une coopération ainsi instituée. |

Summary, etc. | The practice of the secondary network as a way to reach the complexity of the family structure. The institutional network often receives and reflects the problems of the families they work with. The way the professionals feel and what is re-enacted on a wider scale can be considered as an opportunity to deal with the trauma that comes out and needs solving. In that case, we find it interesting to institute work dynamics with the inter-institutional link. By bringing face to face their different point of views, their various hypothesis within a contradictory debate, the different professionals concerned by a family will activate the dynamic aspect of the different pieces of information they share. A process, formative for everybody (both professionals and family members) will follow thanks to this cooperation. |

Summary, etc. | La práctica de la red secundaria como acceso a la complejidad de la structura familiar.La red institucional recibe y refleja a menudo los problemas de las familias con las que trabaja. Lo que sienten los actores sociales puede estar considerado como una oportunidad de tratar un traumatismo que viene y que puede estar solucionado. De ahí viene el interés de establecer una dinámica de trabajo a partir del lazo interinstitucional. Confrontando sus diferentes lecturas, las diversas hipótesis a través de un debate polémico, las diferentes actores concernidos por una misma familia activiran el aspecto operatorio de las informaciones compartidas. Eso accarrearã un proceso estructurante a la vez para los conferenciantes y las familias a través de dicha cooperación. |
