A partir de la description du fonctionnement d’une institution, il propose le « multifonctionnel interactif» comme paradigme de la thérapie institutionnelle. La deuxième partie tente de cerner au plus près les notions de direction, d’autorité, de décision, dans le fonctionnement institutionnel. |

| Summary, etc. | Institutional therapy: a multifunctional interactive paradigm.– The article tries to define what beyond psychoanalysis, systemic analysis or behavioural therapy, could best characterise institutional therapy. Starting from a description of the functioning of an institution, it sets forth « multifunctional interactivity» as being this paradigm. The second part of the text tries to define as closely as possible some key-notions as directing, authority and decision in institutional functioning. |

Apoyandose en la descrípcion concreta de un del funziamento institucional, plantea lo « multifuncional interactivo» como paradigmo de la terapia institucional. En una secunda parte, el artículo se enfoquea en los conceptos y realidades de dirección, autoridad y decisión en la vida cotidiana. |
