| Summary, etc. | La pensée systémique a droit de cité dans le travail social et de ce fait est en danger de devenir banale, normale, fade. Pour qu’elle reste une forme vivante et stimulante de pensée et d’action, il faut relever quelques défis. J’en propose six. En articulation avec l’évolution du travail social en Suisse Romande, ceux-ci cherchent à retrouver dans les fondements mêmes du modèle systémique des forces qui permettent de se poser en partenaire dans l’évolution du travail social. Pour la dignité tant des usagers que des travailleurs sociaux... et de leur collaboration. |

| Summary, etc. | Systemic and Social Work : what challenges for tomorrow ? The systemic approach has become a current way of thinking in social work and therefore is running the risk of becoming ordinary, normal and insipid. In order to stay alive in a stimulating way of thinking and acting it has to raise up some challenges. We suggest six different types of challenges. The aim is to rediscover the values grounded in the systemic model and its strength which allows it to foster partnership in the evolution of social work. In order to promote the dignity in the collaboration of both users and social workers. |

| Summary, etc. | ¿ Sistémica y trabajo social : que tipo de retos para el futuro ? El pensamiento sistémico ya esta legitimado en el trabajo social y debido a esto precisamente esta en peligro de ser banalizado, volverse normal y sin interés. Para que quede una manera viva y estimulante de pensar y actuar, hay que imponerse unos cuantos retos. Vamos a proponerles seis retos. En articulación con la evolución del trabajo social que se desarrolla en la Suiza francófona, éstos intentan hallar en los mismos fundamentos del modelo sistémico, unas fuerzas que permitan definirse como un aliado en la evolución del trabajo social. Para la dignidad tanto del usuario como para la de los trabajadores sociales... y de la colaboración entre ellos. |
